Packing Tip: Plan Your Outfits
I love going on trips, but I hate packing. I confess... I am also the type to over-pack. I seem to always get the "I need to bring this with me" feeling right before I travel. In reality, I never use what I thought I absolutely needed. In order to combat over-packing, I have been planning my outfits - from top to bottom with accessories. I take pictures of each outfit and pack accordingly. I bring one/two extra basics in case I want to switch outfits around, but that's it (no sneaking additional clothes)! It makes unpacking and packing a lot easier. I honestly wonder why I never did this before. An added plus is while on vacation, I just skim through my pictures and just assemble the outfit based on the pictures... no getting ready stress!
These pics were from my recent Disney trip. I did the very basic top and bottom planning, but you can be more detailed with adding jewelry and shoes. Since I only brought 2 pairs of shoes, earrings and a necklace I didn't need to be that detailed. This is an excellent planning tip if you are doing a long vacation or if you were traveling abroad.
Hope this takes some of the packing stress away for your next trip!
