Kind of a late post but it's a good share.....
I have a dear love for the Fall season - it may be due to the fact that I am a Fall baby. I was born mid-September so when it school starts or the air starts to turn crisp I get very excited. Fall season is also a great time for adventure - like apple & pumpkin picking, hiking and a personal favorite visiting wineries.

Welcome to Torne Valley Vineyards - Hillburn, NY!
It was a perfect day (75 degree day in October) to go to the vineyard. Torne Valley Vineyards is located in Rockland County New York. For only $8.00, you are able to taste their collection of wines. A total of 6 wines a mixture of red and white. My personal favorite was Sweet Summertime. In addition, they have a delicious cafe attached. I highly recommend the Parmesan Lemon Herb Fries.
The grounds itself is beautiful and the is a stream that runs along the side of the vineyards. With 75 degrees, it was a great way to spend the Sunday. If you are able to make the visit, I highly recommend it. I cannot wait to come back in the Spring time.
