Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Bites
Hello Gorgeous! Coming back onto the blog to share a quick recipe that I had seen on Pinterest. It is the perfect afternoon snack or "healthy" dessert. What I love most is that you can literally put in anything and even better... no baking! I hoe
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of quick oats
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/3-1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1/3 cup of coconut chips
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
Roll mixture into small balls and place on a lined baking tray.
Refrigerate for one hour or until firm.
Serve or transfer to an airtight container.
